Terms of Service - AllSet Digital Invitations

2. User Responsibilities (Invitation Creators)

As an invitation creator, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all event details and guest information.
• You will not upload or distribute unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringing content.
• You have the legal right to share all data (including guest contact details) with AllSet.
• You will not use the platform for spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or unauthorized commercial use.

Enforcement:

AllSet reserves the right to suspend or remove any invitation or account without refund if it violates these rules.

3. Guest Responsibilities (Invitation Respondents)

When interacting with an AllSet invitation, you agree to:

• Respond truthfully and respectfully.
• Not send spam, abusive, or inappropriate responses.
• Not attempt unauthorized access to invitations not intended for you.
• Not submit automated, duplicate, or disruptive responses.

Enforcement:

We may restrict or block access for users who violate these terms.

4. Accounts & Access

• Some features require account registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• AllSet may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

• All templates, designs, branding, and platform features are owned by AllSet.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for personal or business event purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the platform or designs without permission

6. Payments, Pricing & Promotions

• Certain templates or features may be paid and will be clearly priced.
• All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Promo Codes

• Promo codes may be offered for discounts or special access.
• Promo codes must be used within their validity period.
• Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promo codes may be limited to one use per user unless stated otherwise.
• AllSet reserves the right to cancel or modify promo campaigns at any time.

Referral Programs

• AllSet may offer referral or “Refer a Friend” programs.
• Rewards (if applicable): Are subject to specific campaign rules.
• Rewards (if applicable): May require successful sign-up or purchase by the referred user.
• Abuse of referral systems (fake accounts, self-referrals, etc.) may result in disqualification and account suspension.

7. Invitation Expiration & Data Retention

• Invitations remain active for 6 months after creation. However, in certain cases, we can let the invitations live longer.
• After expiration: Invitation links may no longer be accessible.
• After expiration: RSVP data and guest information may be deleted or anonymized.
• Users are responsible for exporting or saving important data before expiration.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

• AllSet processes user and guest data solely to provide invitation and RSVP services.
• By using the platform, you consent to: Collection and use of data necessary for service functionality.
• By using the platform, you consent to: Sharing invitations with intended recipients.
• Users must ensure they have permission to share guest contact details.

9. Platform Availability & Changes

• We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

• AllSet provides services “as is” and “as available.”
• We are not responsible for: Event cancellations or changes
• We are not responsible for: Guest no-shows or miscommunication
• We are not responsible for: Loss of data due to expiration or technical issues
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllSet’s liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the service.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the system
• Use automated tools (bots) to manipulate invitations or responses
• Impersonate another person or organization

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once payment has been completed, the invitation you have created is non-cancellable and non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges will be provided after purchase, as you may edit your invitation's content (including text, images, colors, and other elements) at any time and an unlimited number of times. The only exception is the event date, which cannot be changed after the invitation has been created.
